Approved Installers, Fakin It, recently completed a stunning artificial grass installation in this beautiful, mature London garden, using our popular Artificial Grass product, Premium Luxury 45. This project posed a unique challenge due to restricted access, requiring all materials and waste to be carried through the property by hand – a task which the Fakin It team handled with care.
Timber sleepers were installed to define the planting beds, creating clean, stylish lines and adding structure to the space. The end result is a low-maintenance, family-friendly garden that retains its charm while offering year-round greenery and usability.
Artificial grass is a great solution for small, urban gardens and particularly where light, storage space and access are a problem. No more mowing, no lawn mower to store, reduced garden waste to carry through the property for disposal. An Artificial lawn reduces garden maintenance significantly and overcomes all of these challenges whilst also looking fantastic – 24/7!
